Auxillium West has updated the Form I-9 to match the latest edition issued by the USCIS.
The Form I-9 is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens. Both employees and employers must complete the form. (For more information go to https://www.uscis.gov/i-9)
Either the current (dated 07/17/17) or the new (dated 10/21/19) edition can be used until April 30, 2020. Starting May 1, 2020, employers can only use the new 10/21/19 edition.
