Organizations must accurately track the data and file new reports.\u00a0 Compliance is a must.\u00a0 Benefits may have to change.\u00a0 Cost impact is a given.\u00a0 Does your HR system support you with features to address these needs?\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.auxillium.com\/hrsourcePS.html\">HRSource<\/a> does.\u00a0 Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Track Health Care Costs<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The PPACA requires reporting of <u>health care costs<\/u>, which is tracked in HRSource.\u00a0 How do you add this information to each employee\u2019s W-2?\u00a0 Import the data from HRSource to your payroll system. With most payroll systems, the information can easily transfer electronically from HRSource.<\/p>\n<p>In general this PPACA rule applies to organizations that issued 250 or more W-2 Forms for the previous calendar year.\u00a0 For more information go to: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/uac\/Form-W-2-Reporting-of-Employer-Sponsored-Health-Coverage\">http:\/\/www.irs.gov\/uac\/Form-W-2-Reporting-of-Employer-Sponsored-Health-Coverage<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Employee Summary for PCORI<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>In HRSource, use the PPACA report named \u201c<strong><em>Employee Summary for PCORI<\/em><\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0 This report tallies the number of individuals covered in employees\u2019 health plans for a given year \u2013 to support the \u201cPatient Centered Outcomes\u201d reporting requirement.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Employee Summary for PPACA<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The PPACA requires employers with more than 99 employees beginning in 2015 (and more than 49 employees in 2016) to provide health insurance for their employees.
