Silence can indeed be construed as complicity. You can\u2019t ignore what\u2019s going on, but you should address things over which you have some control.\u00a0 Some options include:\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrate commitment to equitable employment practices<\/li>\n<li>Match employee contributions to worthwhile causes<\/li>\n<li>Participate in community activities that support underserved communities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Understand the employee\u2019s and public\u2019s perspective.
